WOLDETSADIK Misganaw Gebremichael – INEE UMR 5199 – PACEA – Bordeaux

My PhD. research focuses on the transition between Acheulean and Middle Stone Age in terms of stone tool production. For my research, I am studying lithic artifacts from different parts of the rift in Ethiopia. I am combining different approaches such as techno-typological analysis and 3D Geometric Morphometrics. I am conducting this research under the supervision of Anne Delagnes (University of Bordeaux-PACEA) and Yonas Beyene (CFEE, Ethiopia).
